Application checklist

Before you begin, make sure that:

• You have read and understood the responsibilities of a voluntary licensed chaperone.
• You have contact details for two references.
• You have a head-and-shoulders image of yourself for use on your licence.
• You have applied for an enhanced DBS check.
• You have completed the online safeguarding course and have the PDF certificate ready to upload.
• You have a digital copy of your First Aid certificate to upload, if you have one.
