How to contact STAMP

Questions about joining STAMP

If you're thinking about joining, start by looking at our Classes page.

STAMP has three regular weekly groups:

• Minis: ages 3–6
• Blue Group: ages 7–12
• Green Group: ages 13+

The individual class pages contain the latest session times, fees and current joining or trial availability.

If you still have a question, contact us and tell us your child's age and which group you're interested in. That will help us give you the most useful answer.

Questions before your child's first session

If your child is already registered and you're preparing for their first session, you can find the main information in our Preparing for Your First Class guide.

For their first session, children should wear comfortable clothing and suitable shoes and bring a snack and drink for the break.

If there's something specific we need to know before your child attends, please contact us in advance rather than waiting until the session begins.

Access and support needs

If your child has an access or support need that may affect their participation, please contact STAMP before their first session.

You don't need to send unnecessary sensitive information in an initial general enquiry.

Tell us that there's something you'd like to discuss regarding your child's participation and we can advise you on the appropriate way to provide any further information.

Our studios are on the first floor and do not currently have step-free access, so please contact us before attending if this affects your child.

Questions about productions

For questions about a STAMP production, please tell us which production you're contacting us about and, where relevant, the particular performance or rehearsal.

Information about current public productions, performance dates, venues and tickets is available through our Box Office.

Tickets should always be purchased through the booking links provided on the relevant production page.

Existing STAMP members

Existing members should continue to use the usual STAMP communication and administration channels for information relating to their group, rehearsals and productions.

STAMP uses ClassManager for member administration.

Where rehearsal-specific information has been provided directly to members, please use the current information from STAMP rather than relying on an older website page, social media post or previous production schedule.

Visiting STAMP Studios

Our regular weekly classes take place at:

The studios are on the first floor and do not currently have step-free access.

If you're visiting for the first time, please make sure you know which group and session you're attending before travelling.

Please don't arrive during a class simply to make a general enquiry. Contact us first so we can help without interrupting a session.

Safeguarding concerns

STAMP has named safeguarding leads and safeguarding arrangements for children and young people taking part in our activities.

If you need to raise a safeguarding matter, please use the appropriate STAMP contact route rather than including detailed or sensitive information in a general message.

If a child is in immediate danger or there is an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
